From 2006-2012, he served as the head of the photography department of Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology, and as the head of the fashion resource image photo library of Beijing Municipal Education Commission.
From 2008 to now, he has served as a visiting professor at the Central Academy of Fine Arts, Communication University of China, and Beijing Institute of Technology, and has been awarded the annual Outstanding Course Award by the Central Academy of Fine Arts.
